United Beach Missions sharing the good news of Jesus...

This summer...

Have you made your plans for this summer? Do you want the opportunity to witness whilst stretching and developing your faith with practical on-the-job training, all in the great environment of a supportive and encouraging team? Then join a UBM team this summer and get involved in evangelism, reaching families on beaches around the UK, Ireland and the continent.

About UBM

UBM goes to places where people are in order to share the good news of Jesus. With Beach Mission teams, Christian Answer teams (the open air preaching wing of UBM) and International Student Outreach teams, there is always an opportunity for you to be involved. Each summer UBM operate about 90 missions around the UK, the Republic of Ireland and continental Europe.

Get involved

UBM provides a great opportunity for Christians to serve, whether old or young, extrovert or quiet. All that is required is a desire to share the Gospel. Not only is it a great way of reaching people with the gospel, but it’s also a great opportunity for you to grow in your faith as you are challenged to rely on God. Sharing fellowship with others in God's work also proves to be a great blessing.

Christian Answer

Why not get involved in Christian Answer team evangelism events? These are excellent opportunities for street evangelism, reaching people who have never heard about the Lord Jesus.

Job vacancies

Soul-winner

Hours: Full time (24-7)

Salary: Incorruptible treasure (plus benefits)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to be obedient, and with a desire to grow and be built up in their faith.

We are looking for someone with a heart and passion to see dead people brought to life. Working as part of a team with the Comforter as your guide, you will never be alone. The privilege of being a co-worker and the joy of seeing souls saved will be immeasurable. However, discouragements will be often and opposition may be great - the praise of man is not to be expected. Perseverance and patience are required and you will be expected to carry your cross. You will be honoured with being worthy to suffer shame for His name.

Following in the steps of many great men and women, you will see God at work in ways that will overwhelm you, causing you to wonder why you hadn’t applied for the position sooner.

Travel may be required - possibly even to the ends of the earth.

Suitable applicants must be saved and long-sighted, with their focus on eternity. No other experience is necessary.

For further terms and conditions, see Matthew 28:18-20.

So what’s it like to be on a team?
